Psychotherapy and Counselling for individuals and couples

Individuals and couples do consult because:

Of stress, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, issues around eating, conflicts with emotional issues,

be they within their couple, other relationships, or linked with addiction problems, etc.

However, such symptoms may only appear as the top most and exposed part of the iceberg:

It would be easy to treat symptoms, but for the emotional and relational aspects of people's life, a different approach could increase their quality of life.

It is important that the person increases his, her or their quality of life, relationships, or feel at ease with themselves.

In other words, psychotherapy is a two way journey which enables a person to progressively identify and understand the origin of their difficulty and suffering in order to respond to this in a more appropriate way and in order to not have to suffer from them.
